Two Revenue Paths: Promote the Platform or Operate Your Own Brand

YuJun has two product forms: Studio for general users and API Platform for developers and enterprises. They are not two different paths to make money, but two products that you can promote or operate.

What you really need to choose is your operating method:

  • Path One: Promote YuJun, using our brand and products to earn referral commissions;
  • Path Two: Operate Your Own White Label Platform, using your own brand, domain, and pricing to serve customers.

Path One: Promote YuJun

After registration, enter the distribution backend to obtain your exclusive promotion link and QR code. Visitors who access the link and register within the attribution validity period will be linked to your account.

You can choose landing products based on your audience:

  • For general users and creators, promote Studio;
  • For developers and enterprises, promote API Platform.

Regardless of which product customers use later, genuine consumption that meets the rules will enter the same distribution statistics.

This path is suitable for: those who want to start with zero cost, have content or community channels, and temporarily do not want to operate an independent brand.

Path Two: Operate Your Own White Label Platform

White label is not just copying and deploying a system, but presenting the platform capabilities to customers under your brand through site configuration. You can choose one or operate both products simultaneously:

White Label Studio

Suitable for general users and creators. You can configure site branding, themes, AI capabilities, pricing, page domains, login methods, customer service, multilingual support, and brand identification.

White Label API Platform

Suitable for developers and enterprises. You can configure API service directories, pricing, development documentation, homepage content, page domains, API request domains, as well as customer credentials, quotas, OpenAI compatible interfaces, and MCP integration methods.

Both white label products share branding, site configuration, service directories, customer attribution, and revenue systems. You can use one brand to serve both general users and developer customers.

White label sites can independently mark up prices. The transaction amount from marked-up customers enters a unified distribution settlement, and the site owner earns based on the current level; it is not that "the entire markup difference goes directly to the site owner."

This path is suitable for: those who want to operate a brand long-term, have their own customer entry, and wish to independently choose products and prices.

Comparison: Which Path Should You Take First

Promote YuJun Operate White Label Platform
Brand Use YuJun Use Your Brand
Startup Cost No need to build a site Need to configure a site
Pricing Platform unified pricing Supports site-wide and per-service markup
General User Product Promote Studio White Label Studio
Developer Product Promote API Platform White Label API Platform
Revenue Referral commissions from customer spending White label customer transaction amounts participate in commissions

If you do not have stable customers yet, it is recommended to first take Path One to validate your audience; after identifying clear needs, use Path Two to establish your own brand site. Both can run in parallel, and existing promotional customers and experience can also help you operate the white label platform.

Where to Place Token, OpenAI Compatible Interfaces, and MCP

They all belong to the customer delivery method of the White Label API Platform:

  • Use customer credentials and quotas to control the scope of API usage;
  • Use OpenAI compatible interfaces to reduce developer migration costs;
  • Use MCP to integrate capabilities into Agent, IDE, and proprietary products.

They answer the question of "how API customers use it," not a new business model.

Connector is Not a Third Path Either

Connectors, scheduled tasks, channel tutorials, and promotional materials are customer acquisition tools shared by both paths: driving traffic with exclusive links when promoting the platform, and driving traffic to your own brand site when operating a white label.
